The refuge of Passo Gardena

On Passo Gardena, there is a place that is about to breathe again.
A place that, for more than a century, welcomed travellers, mountaineers and dreamers — and that now prepares for a new new life. The Hospiz is being reborn, faithful to the spirit that made it unique, yet reshaped for our time.

Each day, the project grows quietly among wind, light, rock and snow.
Something is taking form: something that will soon return to tell stories — and to create new ones.

The opening is planned for 6th September 2026, on the day of its 130th anniversary.
